Description
This is a specialty coffee from one of our import partners. Like many organizations across the coffee supply chain, they have seen business slow to a crawl in the wake of Covid-19. We’ve brought in a handful of their coffees for you and will be shipping them out of our facility with the same goal in mind: to bring some needed relief via great coffee.

Notes
Harrar is one of Ethiopia's eastern-most coffee producing regions. The ancient walled city has been a commercial hub for millenium, and is famous for it's influence and participation in global trade.

This coffee uses a traditional Ethiopian natural process. Ripe cherries are sun-dried on raised African beds for 8-12 days depending on climatic conditions. During this time they are handpicked and raked to ensure a consistent drying process. After drying the coffee is milled by Samson Girma.
