Ethiopia naturals are some of the most unique coffees in the world, and this one is a classic example of what you can expect from them. They are processed by leaving the cherries intact during drying, which often gives them popping fruit notes and a more unique flavor and body.

This high acid washed Kenya is one of the most popular among our customers. Known for their ancient cultivating and processing techniques, Kenya coffees are often bright with crisp, vibrant acidity and nuances of dried fruits and cocoa. These Kenyas are our regular daily drivers.

From the highly rich, volcanic soil of the Guatemala highlands, these coffees are known for their full body and chocolate and caramel notes. Representing some of the most unique micro-climates in the world, Guatemala coffees consistently rank on the high end.

Similar to Guatemala, Panama is also known for its unique micro-climates. Many of these coffees are grown in regions ideal for coffee cultivation, at high, yet dry altitudes in rich, volcanic soil. These coffees often are known for their chocolate and citrus notes, suitable for lighter or darker roasts.
