This high acid Kenya is one of the most popular among our customers. Known for their ancient cultivating and processing techniques, Kenya coffees are bright with crisp, vibrant acidity and nuances of dried fruits and cocoa. Of all the coffees we offer, this one is one of our absolute favorites.
Process: Washed, Sun Dried

The Ethiopia we've chosen for this kit is what we affectionately consider a "blueberry bomb." Ethiopia Dry Process coffees are known for being extremely unique, with strong flavors and aromas of dried fruit and berry — often blowing the minds of folks just starting out.

From the highly rich, volcanic soil of the Guatemala highlands, these coffees are known for their full body and chocolate and caramel notes. Representing some of the most unique micro-climates in the world, Guatemala coffees consistently rank on the high end.

Similar to Guatemala, Panama is also known for its unique micro-climates. Many of these coffees are grown in regions ideal for coffee cultivation, at high, yet dry altitudes in rich, volcanic soil. These coffees often are known for their chocolate and citrus notes, suitable for lighter or darker roasts.
